I will get to meet you, ask some key questions about your goals, and help you find the best plan for you.


Once you sign-up in the app, you will receive a questionnaire to help me track your goals, circumstances, and preferences.

Training program

With all the information gathered from the consultation and your questionnaire, I will create a customized program according to your needs, goals, and fitness level.

Meal plan

I will get you a custom meal plan, calculated to the exact caloric and macronutrient intake for your goals. You will also get recipes and weekly shopping list.

App built for iOS and Android

You’ll access your training and meal plan directly on your phone. You can also log your meals, upload progress pictures, measurements, and sync with wearable fitness devices.

Direct support

You will get an initial video assessment. Plus, a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly review call/videocall, and unlimited instant messaging support.
